Loft No. 9 is a converted print shop in the Gulch: original brick, timber beams, fourteen-foot ceilings and windows the length of the building. Two bedrooms and two full baths, a chef's kitchen with a twelve-foot island, and a record player with a shelf of Nashville pressings.
You can walk to Broadway in fifteen minutes and to the Gulch's restaurants in two. Residents-only rooftop with a grill and skyline views, secure garage parking for one car, and a quiet building — this is the loft, not the party.
